NotaSuite runs your notary business — appointments, invoicing, e-journal, compliance. T.I.N.G Town is the walkable marketplace where customers actually walk through it to find you. Built out of New York by an independent notary, for notaries like you.
One platform for everything a mobile notary does between bookings, signatures, and tax season.
Customer-facing booking widget, calendar sync, reminder emails, and travel-fee disclosures built in.
State-aware entry templates, photo ID capture, signer thumbprint slots, and a full audit trail for every notarial act.
Stripe Connect escrow, dual-fee transparency, automatic 1099 prep. Get paid before the doors close.
Self-hosted DocuSeal at sign.notasuite.com — unlimited signatures, no per-document fee, audit certificate included.
Auto-tracked drives, IRS-compliant logs, deductible categorization. Tax time becomes a button.
E&O expiration alerts, bond tracking, state-specific commission renewal reminders. We watch the calendar so you don't.
Customers don't scroll a leaderboard ranked by who paid for the top slot. They walk T.I.N.G Town — a 2.5D isometric marketplace where every notary, vendor, and officiant has a storefront.
Click a building. Read the notary's bio. Book on the spot. The transparent 15% fee splits cleanly — and the notary always nets their full quote.
Walk the townI wouldn't drive 40 miles for $25 — but I would for $125. The dispatchers don't tell you the math. Most don't run it themselves.
I watched national notary marketplaces take anywhere from 30% to 75% of the fee and call it "platform."
I'd been thinking about building NotaSuite for some time. It started as a personal project — a challenge to build the thing so I didn't have to keep paying others for what wasn't working for me.

No surprise deductions. No "platform fees" carved off the top. You quote $150, you keep $150. The customer sees the fee on their side, before they ever click "book." Same number, every time.
See full pricingIt's the tilted top-down camera view you see in classic city-building and RPG games — the world looks 3D but flat sprites do the heavy lifting, so it runs smooth on any device. T.I.N.G Town uses this style so customers can literally walk around the map, tap a storefront, and book — instead of scrolling a boring list.
Every provider in T.I.N.G Town has their own storefront on a walkable map — no pay-to-win leaderboards, no bidding wars for the top slot. Customers visit you the way they'd visit a shop on Main Street. And every business runs on NotaSuite behind the scenes: journal, invoicing, ID scans, mileage, everything.
Simple: it's transparent and applied on top of each booking that T.I.N.G Town routes to you. Customers see one clean price. Providers keep their quote. No surprise splits, no hidden agency margins — the fee only pays for the platform (routing, verification, storefront, community).
No. T.I.N.G Town welcomes notaries, signing agents, real-estate pros, insurance brokers, wedding officiants, apostille agents, and estate-planning specialists. Every provider gets identity-verified before their storefront goes live.
We're currently soft-launched — verified providers can move in, set up their storefronts, and start taking bookings today. Grand public opening is November 26, 2026.
Two ways. Clients can either walk T.I.N.G Town and discover storefronts organically (like real foot traffic), or use the district search (Notary Plaza, Chapel Row, Real Estate Alley) to filter to your specialty. Verified pros always show floating avatars on the fountain plaza.
Yes. Every provider is identity-verified via Stripe Identity. All journal entries, ID scans, and documents are stored encrypted, backed up daily, and never shared with anyone outside your own account. NotaSuite is HIPAA-adjacent by design.
Signup is free. You choose a NotaSuite plan (Starter, Professional, or Unlimited+) based on how many features you need. Your T.I.N.G Town storefront is included at every tier — the 15% platform fee only applies to bookings T.I.N.G Town sends you (not your existing clients).
Stop renting space inside someone else's leaderboard. Get a storefront on a real walkable map — and a business platform that handles the rest.
