NotaSuite was born from frustration.
After years of watching mobile notaries struggle with spreadsheets, paper notebooks, and generic invoicing software that didn’t understand our unique needs, we decided to build a notary business software that was better.
We’re a team of former notaries, loan signing agents, and software developers who came together with one mission: make running a notary business simple, professional, and profitable.
Every feature in NotaSuite was designed with input from real notaries. From the mileage tracking to the notarization records, we built the tools we wished we had when we were in the field.
